Event Support Controller

Red Bull Racing & Technology is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Event Support Controller to join our championship-winning team. As an Event Support Controller, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our events, including races, tests, and dyno/factory events.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage component stock allocations for race, test, and dyno events, ensuring accurate and timely distribution of parts.
  2. Review and action event lifing and servicing reports, compiling supporting component and travel documents, and ensuring all components are properly packed for transport.
  3. Collaborate with the Parts Supply HUB Team Manager, Race Parts and Lifing Controllers, Lifing and Allocations Coordinators, Engineering Coordinators, and the wider Production Control Group to provide exceptional support to the Race team.

As an Event Support Controller, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will work closely with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about motorsport and committed to excellence.

Requirements:
  1. Previous experience in a race team environment managing component stock allocations for race, test, and dyno events.
  2. Experience reviewing and actioning event lifing and servicing reports, compiling supporting component and travel documents, and ensuring all components are properly packed for transport.
  3. Ability and willingness to travel to all races and events throughout the year.
