Event Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Event Coordinator to join our team at Allstaff Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing marketing events, including trade shows, and will have a strong background in logistics and event planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and executing marketing events, including trade shows
- Coordinating budgets and logistics
- Attendee tracking and pre and post event evaluations
- Procuring and coordinating vendor services
- Providing on-site event support
- Dealing with venues, vendors, AV, and catering
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of events experience
- Experience in managing and coordinating budgets
- Procurement and logistics experience
- Good timekeeping and excellent communication skills

Job Summary:
