Job Title: Event Coordinator

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- To ensure Ridgeway Centre Conferencing clients receive excellent service from entering the building and throughout their visit, ensuring the building provides a warm, inviting and professional environment.
- Provide administrative support to The Ridgeway Centre Conferencing team including recording full details from new enquiries, making bookings for our established clients, providing quotations, follow-up on quotations, liaising with finance team to ensure invoices are raised etc. and associated administration utilising our booking system.
- Management of stock associated with refreshments and catering

- Able to communicate at all levels
- Professional and approachable
- A positive and friendly personality combined with trustworthiness.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to solve problems on the go and be flexible to the changing needs of the business
- Ability to prioritise tasks, seeking guidance from line management when necessary
- Administrative skills
- A minimum of 2 years Customer Service experience
- The ability and willingness to work hard and reliably
- Hands on experience of MS Office, inc. Excel and Word
- Ideally experience of using a booking management system

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £19,789.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 per week
