Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Programme Management Specialist to join our team at Event Source Solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to play a key role in delivering projects on time and within budget.

About the Role

The Programme Coordinator Lead will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling assignments, managing materials logistics with partners and customers, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. As the single point of contact for customers, sales, and operations, you will prepare and submit customer-required status reports and project deliverables.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate large buildouts and infrastructure refreshes.
  • Interact with Project Managers and customer representatives.
  • Initiate and monitor scheduling of completion dates.
  • Continuously update databases to track jobs.
  • Resolve customer concerns.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • One-year proven experience in an admin role.
  • Proven experience working within a full project life cycle.
  • A good understanding of project governance and control.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn various systems.
