We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our team at Dulux Decorating Centres. As a Sales Advisor, you will play a key role in providing an exceptional customer experience to professionals and DIY enthusiasts, while also contributing to the success of your store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with in-store colleagues and our UK Sales Team to deliver a memorable customer experience.
  • Use your people skills to maximise sales and market share of AkzoNobel products and accessories in your store.
  • Support your store's monthly customer contact plan and follow the merchandising plan to restock the shop floor.
  • Load the van and plan delivery routes, while developing your skills and encouraging colleagues to do so using our training tools.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a customer service or retail role.
  • Enjoys ongoing coaching and support to advance career and build skills.
