About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales professional to join our team as a Business Development Manager. This is a unique opportunity to join a rapidly growing and ambitious Asset Finance Broker, where you will play a key role in driving commercial growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Convert existing customers to the business and secure two-year exclusivity agreements.
  • Win new customers in target markets, including Plant Hire, Car & Van Hire, Haulage, Agriculture, and Manufacturing.
  • Become the dominant finance broker in these markets within five years.
  • Self-generate and work with warm leads to convert.
Requirements
  • Previous Sales or Telesales experience within B2B, preferably in a financial services environment.
  • Excellent telephone manners and organizational skills.
  • A grounded individual with strong relationship-building skills, comfortable communicating with people at all levels.
  • Experience using and maintaining a live CRM system, preferably Zoho.
  • Strong IT skills, particularly in using emails, Word, and Excel.
  • Experience working within FCA regulated Sales guidelines.
What We Offer
