We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Aaron Wallis Sales Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new sales opportunities, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a consistent sales pipeline by effectively qualifying leads and ensuring a steady flow of clients.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation.
- Work closely with our technical team to develop bespoke client proposals and presentations during the sales process.
- Participate in industry events and demonstrations to build relationships and promote our services.
- 3-5 years of sales experience in the software industry.
- Creative and self-driven with a strong work ethic.
