Join Our Team as a Product Offer Marketing Manager

We are excited to announce an opportunity to become a vital member of our Marketing team as a Product Offer Marketing Manager. This dynamic team is at the forefront of driving demand, enhancing Schneider's market presence, and pioneering innovations for the future.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive Offer Strategy in collaboration with global Lines of Business and Zone offer managers, ensuring local adaptation and execution. Each offer must have a detailed local playbook and operational marketing plan.
  • Collaborate with offer teams to influence Line of Business roadmaps, representing the British Standard market effectively.
  • Empower sales teams by creating and distributing essential training materials and tools to enhance our competitive edge in the marketplace.
  • Analyze market opportunities and competition to establish robust pricing strategies.
  • Work alongside marketing and sales teams to foster strong end-user preferences and cultivate a self-sufficient network of partners for our offerings.
  • Oversee the successful launch of all offers in the market, ensuring alignment with sales teams and providing necessary training to meet launch expectations.
  • Position our offers effectively in the media (both trade and business) and implement campaigns to expand the opportunity pipeline.
  • Engage with industry and consensus organizations to promote electrical safety while driving innovation and technological advancements.
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of offers and applications, enabling confident presentations to both internal and external stakeholders. Establish yourself as the subject matter expert, well-versed in macro application drivers, government policies, and construction trends.
  • Fully leverage digital tools for all offers, ensuring each one utilizes appropriate digital resources for selection and customer engagement.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role.
  • Technical expertise with the ability to communicate effectively with technical audiences.
  • Strong commercial insight, capable of consultative selling of our solutions.
