The Marketing and Communications Strategist serves as the market access authority for the organization. At Schneider Electric, we merge cutting-edge technology with innovative solutions to meet the evolving demands of modern life.
In this role, you will assist various channels and segments within the broader organization to effectively identify their target audience and convey the essential messages required for successful campaigns. You will oversee the management of key performance indicators (KPIs) within the designated channel/segment, enabling you to report on achievements and areas for improvement to enhance the unit's overall performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive marketing initiatives that outline the market approach and showcase campaign effectiveness, while managing the public relations strategies for the business units and supporting overall business KPIs.
- Take charge of creating, developing, and executing a quarterly integrated marketing strategy, including various marketing, sales, and promotional expenditures for the region.
- Plan and manage marketing strategies, ensuring a consistent pipeline of campaigns is prepared and assessed to maintain relevant messaging for our customers within the targeted channels/segments.
- Oversee budget management for the entire annual cycle, contributing to central tools and evaluating return on investment through regular reporting.
- Manage and implement the media strategy, serving as the single point of contact for all media channels. Execute online marketing efforts, including social media, search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), demand generation, and lead generation.
- Coordinate events across the business units, demonstrating creative thinking in booth allocation, serving as the primary contact for booth design and product distribution, and collaborating with the broader community to ensure event profitability.
- Plan and monitor channel marketing development funds, submitting pre-approval forms to the appropriate systems, and providing input on partner cooperative activities.
- Deliver business insights to facilitate key decision-making processes, including strategic planning, product targeting, and budget allocation.
- Collaborate closely with the Customer Care Center on lead management, tracking, and partner lead distribution activities.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in a similar marketing role with a comprehensive understanding of both digital and traditional marketing strategies aimed at B2B clientele.
- Fluency in English (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Exceptional communication abilities across all levels of the organization.
- Data-driven and analytical mindset with practical application of insights.
- Capability to prioritize and execute tasks with time-sensitive deadlines in a dynamic environment.
