We are in search of a seasoned Financial Strategist to become an integral part of our innovative team.
As a Financial Strategist at SJR Partners, you will be pivotal in managing all financial operations, ensuring adherence to accounting standards, and delivering strategic financial insights to bolster our ambitious expansion objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and sustain financial models that underpin strategic projects and business planning.
- Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis reports to inform financial choices.
- Offer actionable insights into financial performance and suggest enhancements.
- Supervise the creation of precise monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Deliver engaging financial presentations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Oversee banking operations and implement effective cash management strategies.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Inspire and lead a team towards achieving financial excellence while supporting SJR Partners' creative ambitions.
Qualifications:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated experience as a Financial Strategist or in a comparable role, ideally within the retail or e-commerce sector.
- Comprehensive understanding of accounting principles, regulations, and financial reporting.
- Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to convert financial data into actionable strategies.
- Proficiency in financial management software and ERP systems.
