\tManage day-to-day CRM campaigns, including building, briefing, production, and delivery of selected campaigns.
\tDevelop and implement a testing strategy to optimize the performance of email, SMS, and app communications.
\tCollaborate with the Senior CRM Executive and marketing team to execute a dynamic and personalized CRM strategy, engaging customers at various stages of their purchasing journey.
\tProduce and assist with the preparation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to track CRM performance and identify areas for improvement.
\tWork closely with our in-house creative team to develop compelling marketing materials, ensuring the creative elements of email campaigns are visually engaging and effective.
