THG Ingenuity is a fully integrated digital commerce ecosystem, designed to power brands without limits. Our global end-to-end tech platform is comprised of three products: THG Commerce, THG Studios, THG Fulfilment. Each represents a single, unified solution, overcoming challenges and taking brands direct-to-consumer. Our client portfolio includes globally recognized brands such as Coca-Cola, Nestle, Elemis, Homebase, and Proctor & Gamble.
Why be a CRM Executive at THG?
The CRM Executive will plan, support, and implement our multi-channel CRM program, driving customer engagement and retention through personalized interactions. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about customer interaction and marketing. The role will be focused on 4 sites; Coggles, The Hut, Allsole & MyBag.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day CRM campaigns, including building, briefing, production, and delivery of selected campaigns.
- Develop and implement a testing strategy to optimize the performance of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the Senior CRM Executive and marketing team to execute a dynamic and personalized CRM strategy, engaging customers at various stages of their purchasing journey.
- Produce and assist with the preparation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to track CRM performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with our in-house creative team to develop compelling marketing materials, ensuring the creative elements of customer interactions are visually engaging and effective.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in CRM or a related marketing role (min 1+ years)
- Strong understanding of CRM principles and practices.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software and tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Creative flair with an eye for design and detail.
