Why be a Senior CRM Executive at THG?As a Senior CRM Executive, you'll play a key role in executing the CRM strategy for our luxury sites, including Coggles, The Hut, allsole, and MyBag. You'll work closely with marketing teams, trading teams, and the Senior Marketing Manager to deliver bespoke channel plans based on revenue targets and business growth plans.
- Develop and execute CRM strategies to drive continued growth in sales and deliver a great customer experience.
- Work with marketing teams to deliver channel plans based on revenue targets and business growth plans.
- Act as the key CRM point of contact for your delegated sites.
- Responsible for briefing, building, and scheduling email marketing communications, SMS, and push app notifications.
- Segment the customer database using in-house CRM tools.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance, presenting findings to relevant stakeholders and identifying opportunities for improvement.
We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced CRM professional with a strong track record in delivering CRM strategies that drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 2 years of CRM experience.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize workload and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort using Excel.
- A keen eye for detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
