Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a CRM strategy that aligns with the company's overall marketing goals and objectives.
- Manage and optimize the customer database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing data-driven insights to inform future marketing initiatives.
- Manage and maintain relationships with external agencies and vendors.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer behavior and preferences, using data to inform marketing strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CRM and email marketing.
- At least two years of experience in a senior role in email marketing, database marketing, or CRM marketing.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful CRM strategies that drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Experience with Google Analytics and other marketing automation tools.
- Line management experience is desirable.
