Why be a Senior CRM Executive at THG?

As a Senior CRM Executive, you'll work closely with marketing teams, trading teams, and the Senior Marketing Manager to deliver bespoke channel plans based on revenue targets and business growth plans. You'll be responsible for briefing, building, and scheduling email marketing communications, SMS, and push app notifications to drive continued growth in sales while delivering a great customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with marketing teams and trading teams to deliver channel plans based on revenue targets and business growth plans.
  • Act as the key CRM point of contact for your delegated sites.
  • Responsible for briefing, building, and scheduling email marketing communications, SMS, and push app notifications.
  • Segment the customer database using in-house CRM tools.
  • A/B testing to ensure emails are optimized to the best-performing setups.
  • Update templates for automated and triggered email campaigns as and when required.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance, presenting findings to relevant stakeholders and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of CRM experience.
  • Time management and organization: prioritize workload and effectively manage time to meet tight deadlines.
  • Team player.
  • Assertive and proactive with a positive attitude.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfortable using Excel.
  • A keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable:
  • Multi-channel experience and exposure (Email, SMS, App).
  • Understanding of customer data and segmentation.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels other than email.
  • Experience with Google Analytics and/or Tableau.
  • Experience within the fashion retail sector.
