Vertu FM is a distinguished facilities management contractor renowned for delivering comprehensive building maintenance services across the UK. We are currently expanding our operations and seeking a skilled mobile engineer to enhance our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Travel to assigned sites as the primary contact for Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) maintenance, along with general building services tasks.
  • Conduct HVAC maintenance, including both planned and reactive tasks.
  • Work independently, managing the delivery of scheduled maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair tasks. A versatile skill set to handle various other responsibilities is preferred.
Candidate Requirements:
  • HVAC expertise is essential, with a valid F Gas certification.
  • Proven experience in executing PPM and reactive maintenance.
  • Strong foundational knowledge in mechanical and HVAC maintenance.
  • Local residency with a willingness to travel throughout the designated area.
  • Proficient IT skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • A full UK driving license is mandatory.
