Mobile Maintenance Engineer - HVAC Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Maintenance Engineer to join our team at HVAC Recruitment. As a Mobile Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering multi-disciplined planned and reactive maintenance works to our clients across the M25 region. You will be working on a contract basis for a well-established property development and investment company, providing maintenance services to their commercial and industrial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct routine maintenance on emergency lighting systems to ensure compliance with safety standards.
  2. Perform water temperature checks to ensure optimal performance of heating systems.
  3. Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs) on various HVAC equipment, including boilers, chillers, and air handling units.
  4. Monitor and maintain the Building Management System (BMS) for optimal performance and energy efficiency.
Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as an M&E Engineer, preferably in a commercial or industrial environment.
  2. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, emergency lighting systems, and general maintenance tasks. Basic plumbing skills are also desirable.
  3. Excellent communication skills and a client-focused attitude are essential for providing exceptional customer service.
