Mobile Maintenance Engineer (Electrical or Mechanical)

Position Overview:
We are seeking qualified Mobile Maintenance Engineers to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing essential maintenance services across various commercial properties. The ideal candidates will possess a strong background in Facilities Maintenance and demonstrate a proven history in building upkeep.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform lighting maintenance including small installations, fault-finding, and lamp replacements.
  • Conduct emergency lighting tests to ensure compliance and safety.
  • Manage air handling units (AHUs) and fan coil units (FCUs), including filter changes.
  • Oversee control panel operations and maintenance.
  • Change ballasts as required.
  • Monitor BMS systems for temperature regulation.
  • Execute all aspects of mechanical and electrical (M&E) and fabric maintenance.
  • Maintain and update log books for all maintenance activities.
  • Address plumbing issues, including unblocking toilets.
  • Service pumps and motors as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Electrically or mechanically qualified, with City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 certifications.
  • City & Guilds 18th Edition certification (for electrical candidates).
  • Ability to provide trade certificates as proof of qualifications.
  • Demonstrated experience in commercial building maintenance.
  • Multi-skilled with excellent communication abilities.
  • Client-facing experience is essential.
  • Must be available to start at short notice.

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
