Job Title: Mobile Maintenance Engineer

Location: London/M25

Salary: 42k-45k + Overtime + Van

Hours: Monday-Friday - 8am - 5pm

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Maintenance Engineer to join our team at PRS. As a Mobile Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair tasks across our client's facilities, covering mechanical and electrical systems, as well as building fabric and plumbing.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform PPM and fault finding & fixing across our client's facilities, covering mechanical & electrical systems, building fabric, and plumbing.
  2. Carry out basic commercial building service installation & maintenance, including building fabric, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing.
  3. Close and update completed reactive PPM tasks.
  4. Maintain standards to maximise operation effectiveness and reliability of the building and associated systems.
  5. Assist specialist subcontractor's requirements for PPM & reactive works.
  6. Inspect the condition of service and proactively deal with callouts / repairs as and when required.
  7. Carry out tasks within typical building environments - high level, platforms, ladders.
  8. Use all work equipment and PPE accordingly and ensure H&S procedures are followed.

Requirements:

  1. Formal qualification in either Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or similar recognised qualification.
  2. 18th Edition.
  3. Knowledge of Building Services - BMS, Fire Alarm preferable.
  4. Maintenance and Cleaning of FCU's.
  5. Water Testing (L8), Fire Alarm testing and general fabric, handyperson tasks.
  6. Working on and managing PPMS from CAFM system.
  7. Worked within the FM industry.
  8. Valid UK Driving license.
