Position Overview:
We are seeking skilled Mobile Maintenance Engineers (Electrical or Mechanical) to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing essential maintenance services across various commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Mobile Maintenance Engineer, your primary duties will include:

  • Conducting both planned and reactive maintenance tasks across multiple sites.
  • Performing lighting installations, fault diagnosis, and lamp replacements.
  • Executing emergency lighting tests and managing air handling units (AHUs) and fan coil units (FCUs).
  • Monitoring and maintaining control panels and BMS systems.
  • Carrying out plumbing tasks, including unblocking toilets and servicing pumps and motors.
  • Documenting maintenance activities and updating logbooks accordingly.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Electrical/Mechanical qualifications (City & Guilds Level 2 & 3).
  • City & Guilds 18th Edition certification (for electrical candidates).
  • A proven track record in commercial property maintenance.
  • Excellent communication skills and a client-facing demeanor.
  • The ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Working Hours:
This position operates Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM.
