Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at The May Fair Hotel, A Radisson Collection Hotel. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for maintaining the hotel on a daily basis to ensure the effective running of the hotel.
You will respond to requests from guests and hosts, handling them quickly and efficiently. You will coordinate and prioritize the distribution of repair-maintenance orders and planned maintenance orders, ensuring they are addressed in a timely manner.
You will check and monitor completed work to ensure it meets company standards. You will supervise maintenance assistants and delegate tasks as appropriate and as per skill set.
You will ensure that Edwardian Hotels London adheres to all regulatory fire and safety standards as legally required.
About You:- You must have current hotel maintenance experience.
- Be fully aware of Health and Safety procedures.
- Understand the requirements for effective water management.
- Have knowledge of environmental matters.
- Be able to perform electrical, plumbing, decoration, and carpentry tasks.
- Understand basic housekeeping processes and procedures.
- Demonstrate personal ownership, team, and motivational skills.
