Role Overview:
We are seeking a mobile engineer to enhance our teams due to ongoing growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • This position is primarily focused on HVAC maintenance, encompassing both planned and reactive tasks, troubleshooting, and repairs, while also involving other minor maintenance duties.
  • You will be responsible for traveling to designated sites, acting as the primary contact for planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive mechanical and electrical (M&E) services, as well as general building maintenance tasks. Duties may include emergency lighting inspections, fire alarm testing, lamp replacements, basic plumbing, and fabric maintenance.
  • Conduct HVAC and air conditioning maintenance, including both scheduled and urgent tasks.
  • Work independently, managing planned and preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair assignments. A broad skill set to handle various tasks is highly desirable.
Candidate Profile:
  • Must possess HVAC qualifications, specifically Level 2 and F Gas certification.
  • Experience in performing PPM and reactive maintenance tasks is essential.
  • Strong general knowledge of mechanical and HVAC maintenance, along with familiarity with general facilities management trades.
  • Local residency with a willingness to travel within the region.
  • Proficient IT skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • A valid UK driving license is required.
