About the Role

We are seeking two experienced Regional Directors to join our Volkswagen Division. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business performance and delivering exceptional client experiences across our national network of Volkswagen sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a diverse team of automotive professionals to achieve high-performance targets
  • Grow and nurture a customer-focused culture, coaching and developing colleagues to ensure great performance is recognised and rewarded
  • Oversee sales and aftersales departments, ensuring performance is maximised and potential opportunities are explored
  • Establish and develop strong relationships with manufacturers to grow partnerships and ensure team development aligns with brand expectations

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Extensive knowledge of the automotive retailing sector
