Accounts Assistant

Role Overview:
The position encompasses a variety of responsibilities aimed at supporting the financial operations of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide assistance to the Senior Accounts Administrator
  • Perform general administrative tasks
  • Handle some reception responsibilities
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
  • Prior experience in Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger is advantageous; however, training on Sage 200 will be provided
  • Strong IT skills
  • Solid background in administration
  • Experience in a dynamic administrative setting
  • Effective time management abilities
  • Strong communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational capabilities
  • A flexible and positive approach to both colleagues and workload
  • Proactive and energetic attitude
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:00pm, totaling 37.5 hours per week.
