Financial Administrative Support

Role Overview:
The position encompasses a variety of responsibilities aimed at supporting the financial operations of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance to the Senior Accounts Administrator
- Perform general administrative tasks
- Handle some reception responsibilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
- Prior experience in Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger is advantageous; however, training on Sage 200 will be provided
- Strong IT skills
- Solid background in administration
- Experience in a dynamic administrative setting
- Effective time management abilities
- Strong communication skills
- Exceptional organizational capabilities
- A flexible and positive approach to both colleagues and workload
- Proactive and energetic attitude
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written
Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:00pm, totaling 37.5 hours per week.
