We are seeking a skilled Administration Scheduler to join our team at our Belmont State Office. This is a permanent, full-time role working Monday to Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to policies, procedures, Enterprise Agreements, and Fair Work Act
  • Ensure all relevant information and database systems are up to date by collecting, analysing, and summarising data and trends
  • Build strong relationships with Paramedics, Ambulance Officers, Patient Transport, Communication Officers, and other internal stakeholders
  • Support with traffic infringement processes and maintain the driver's license database for all officers
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year experience in administration
  • Cert IV in Business Administration (highly desirable)
  • Exceptional phone manner, customer service skills, and experience dealing with phone enquiries
  • Competency using Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Logical problem-solving abilities and ability to think and react quickly to challenges
