About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Care Coordinator to join our team at All Care (GB) Ltd. As a key member of our care services team, you will be responsible for managing staff rotas, ensuring visits are allocated in a timely and consistent manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage staff rotas and allocate visits in a timely and consistent manner
  • Coordinate staff annual leave and accommodate required training in rotas
  • Maintain consistent communication with Reablement Workers/Care Assistants and other professionals

Requirements:

  • Experience in scheduling/coordinating/rota planning in the care sector
  • Experience using a rostering system
  • Strong work ethic, organisation skills, and positive personality
  • Experience in care calls
  • Ability to take part in holding the 'out of hours' on-call phone

Skills and Experience:

  • Good literacy skills

  • Computer literate
  • Administrative experience
  • Full driving licence
