Reed is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transport and Compliance Administrator to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our fleet management team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Vehicle Fleet Management:
- Hire vehicles for new starters and specific job needs.
- Schedule and manage vehicle maintenance, including MOTs, repairs, and servicing.
- Log HGV requirements and ensure weekly inspections.
- Monitor vehicle trackers to maintain safety checklists.
- Training Compliance Administration:
- Monitor and update the training matrix, booking renewals before expiry.
- Coordinate new training for client contracts.
- Oversee new starter onboarding, including induction, training, IT setup, and PPE.
- Ensure all certificates are saved and logged accurately.
- Additional Duties:
- Book hotels for staff, handle credit card payments, raise purchase orders, and assist with supplier invoice queries.
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, etc.), excellent communication, and high organizational skills.
- Attributes: Diligent, highly organized, and a great communicator.
