Role Description

In this role, you will collaborate within a small, agile team to design, implement, support, and assess functional learning initiatives, specifically focusing on the Drivers Medical department. Your efforts will also extend to the broader Operations Customer Service Directorate (OCSD), which is the largest division within the organization, comprising over 4,000 employees. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional service to stakeholders throughout OCSD.

As a subject matter expert, this position offers a pathway to advance your career in the Learning and Development sector. You will have the opportunity to enhance the learning experience for staff, contributing to the development of innovative digital working methods. The OCSD Functional Learning team is an exciting environment that provides exposure to a diverse range of stakeholders, allowing you to cultivate valuable relationships across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Creating and revising blended learning materials in accordance with best practices.
  • Facilitating functional learning solutions tailored to various business areas.
  • Providing support and mentorship to Learner Support, coaching and monitoring progress in learning initiatives.
  • Assessing and refining learning solutions based on established evaluation frameworks.
  • Collaborating with the Leadership & Development team to facilitate leadership training and development activities.
  • Partnering with business leaders to ensure learning solutions are effective and aligned with organizational needs.

Additional Information

Full-time positions typically require a commitment of 37 hours per week, with flexible working arrangements available based on business needs. Qualifications

Successful candidates should be willing to pursue the following qualifications if not already held:
