Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at Bischof+Klein. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support the company's business goals.
  • Manage and coordinate all HR activities, including recruitment, employee onboarding, training, and development.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and supervisors on HR-related matters.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement and communication strategies.
  • Manage the recruitment process, including advertising roles, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
  • Work closely with the Financial Controller to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance.
  • Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Manage and coordinate employee benefits, including salary, bonuses, and pension schemes.
Requirements
  • Relevant degree and CIPD qualification.
  • Proven experience in HR management, preferably in a manufacturing organization.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to network and develop relationships at all levels.
  • Hands-on, capable, and reliable individual with a creative and innovative approach.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, with excellent presentational and listening skills.
  • Ability to influence colleagues at all levels.
  • Digitally savvy with a proactive and creative approach to tasks and responsibilities.
  • Forward thinking and willingness to embrace change.
  • Ability to work under pressure with an analytical and problem-solving approach.
  • Self-motivation, attention to detail, flexibility, and commitment to succeed.
