About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic senior nurse to provide clinical support to the surgical and radiological teams in the one-stop triple assessment clinics.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing patients in a dedicated dressing's clinic, coordinating clinic duties, and providing holistic nursing care in both consultant and nurse-led clinics.
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to influence change and improve patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical support to the surgical and radiological teams
- Manage patients in a dedicated dressing's clinic
- Coordinate clinic duties and provide holistic nursing care
- Develop and implement care plans for patients with acute and chronic wounds
- Contribute to governance processes within the unit
- Qualified to function as mentor for pre-registration learners
- Experience of research activities and quality improvement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to be flexible and adaptable
We offer a competitive salary of £37,338 to £44,962 per annum, pro rata, and a range of benefits including a pension scheme and opportunities for professional development.
