Salary Range: £27,000 - £35,000 based on experience

Reporting Structure: Reports to the Senior Overseas Product Manager

Role Overview:

Are you skilled in crafting remarkable holiday experiences? Do you prioritize exceptional guest satisfaction? If so, your expertise is needed in this role.

This position is pivotal in driving the growth of our overseas offerings.

The role entails overseeing the development of our international products, particularly our global program, while collaborating closely with our operations team to ensure successful execution.

As our guests' aspirations evolve, it is crucial that we remain at the forefront of adapting our holiday offerings to enhance their appeal and profitability.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Enhancing and monitoring existing holiday packages to ensure they are market-leading
  • Creating new holiday experiences to cater to both existing and new customer segments
  • Leading the company’s initiatives to meet the demands of a diverse customer base
  • Expanding and improving our off-peak holiday offerings
  • Managing all aspects of product development, including sales, profitability, and quality assurance
  • Collaborating with various departments and suppliers to implement sales initiatives
  • Promoting products through content creation for websites, articles, and newsletters
  • Coordinating closely with all departments
  • Negotiating and liaising with suppliers
  • Providing training for the Sales team and leadership
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations through risk assessments
  • Visiting new and existing holiday locations as necessary

  • Effective time management skills with the ability to oversee projects and meet deadlines
