Role Overview:
Are you skilled at crafting exceptional travel experiences? Do you prioritize outstanding guest satisfaction in your work? If so, your talents could be a perfect fit for this role.

The primary focus of this position is to drive growth in our international offerings. This role will manage the development of our global travel products, particularly our worldwide program, and collaborate closely with our operations team to ensure effective execution.

As guest expectations evolve, it is crucial that we stay ahead in adapting our travel offerings to enhance their appeal and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enhancing and evaluating existing travel packages to ensure they are market leaders
  • Creating new travel experiences to cater to both current and prospective customers
  • Leading initiatives to align our offerings with the needs of a diverse customer base
  • Expanding and refining our off-peak travel options
  • Overseeing all aspects of product management, including development, sales, profitability, and quality assurance
  • Collaborating with various departments and suppliers to implement sales strategies
  • Promoting products through content creation for our website, promotional materials, and newsletters
  • Coordinating closely with all internal teams
  • Negotiating with suppliers and maintaining relationships
  • Providing training for Sales teams and leadership
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards through risk assessments
  • Conducting visits to both new and established travel destinations as necessary
Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager within the Travel sector
  • Strong financial acumen and commercial insight
  • Ability to communicate a genuine passion for travel experiences, both internally and externally
