Role Overview:

Are you skilled at crafting extraordinary holiday experiences? Is providing exceptional guest satisfaction your passion? If so, your talents are needed in this pivotal role.

The primary focus of this position is to drive growth in international markets.

This role entails overseeing the creation and enhancement of our global travel products, particularly our worldwide offerings, while collaborating closely with our operations team to ensure seamless execution.

As guest expectations evolve, it is crucial for us to remain at the forefront of adapting our holiday offerings to enhance both appeal and profitability.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Enhancing and monitoring existing holiday packages to ensure they are market leaders
  • Creating new holiday experiences for both current and prospective customers
  • Leading the company’s initiatives to cater to a new customer demographic
  • Expanding and refining our off-peak holiday offerings
  • Managing all aspects of product development, including sales, profitability, and quality assurance
  • Collaborating with various departments and suppliers to implement sales initiatives
  • Promoting products through content creation for websites, newsletters, and promotional materials
  • Engaging with all departments for cohesive operations
  • Negotiating and liaising with suppliers
  • Providing training for the Sales team and leadership
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations through risk assessments
  • Conducting visits to both new and existing holiday destinations as needed
Candidate Profile:
