Role Overview:
Become a vital part of our innovative and growing team at LEON as a Part-Time Global Compliance Technical Manager, concentrating on International Technical Standards.
We are in search of a proactive and meticulous individual to guarantee that our worldwide operations adhere to the highest levels of technical standards, emphasizing supplier validation, customer documentation, and the establishment of international restaurant protocols.
The ideal candidate will possess a solid history in effective supplier management and negotiation, demonstrate cultural sensitivity, and excel in problem-solving. Leveraging your knowledge of regulatory compliance, you will ensure precision and organization to provide customers with accurate, clear, and accessible information.

Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and authorize suppliers based on international operational risk assessment criteria utilizing the International Supplier Risk Rating.
- Employ management expertise, analytical skills, and decisive judgment to select dependable suppliers essential for our global operations.
- Ensure accuracy and transparency in customer communications regarding nutrition and allergen information by overseeing compliance with customer documentation.
- Manage the integration of product specifications into client data systems.
- Standardize operational procedures for international restaurants by developing and implementing a cohesive set of guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that products comply with international standards.
- Promote and advocate for ethical compliance across all international supply partners.
- Lead initiatives to enhance quality standards in global operations by spearheading training and development projects.
- Conduct systematic audits of international suppliers to verify adherence to safety and quality standards, particularly focusing on the onboarding of newly acquired suppliers.
Candidate Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in food service, retail, or manufacturing.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
- Demonstrated passion for food, sustainability, and a commitment to fulfilling customer needs.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HACCP, quality protocols, and food safety practices.
- Effective communicator, both in writing and verbally.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
- Proactive, meticulous, and skilled in problem-solving.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
