Salary Range: £27,000 - £35,000 based on experience

Reporting Line: Senior Overseas Product Manager

The primary objective of this role is to drive international growth.

This position is responsible for overseeing the development of our overseas offerings, particularly our global program, and collaborating closely with our operations team to ensure successful execution.

As guest expectations evolve, it is crucial that we remain at the forefront of adapting our holiday offerings to enhance their appeal and profitability.


  • Enhancing and monitoring existing holiday packages to ensure they are market-leading
  • Creating new holiday options for both our current clientele and to attract new customers
  • Leading the company in meeting the demands of a new customer demographic
  • Developing and refining our off-peak holiday offerings
  • Overseeing all aspects of your product, from initial development to sales, profitability, and quality assurance
  • Collaborating with other departments and suppliers to implement sales initiatives
  • Promoting products through writing and editing website content, as well as producing articles for various promotions and newsletters
  • Working closely with all departments
  • Negotiating and liaising with suppliers
  • Providing training for both the Sales team and leadership
  • Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety regulations through thorough risk assessments
  • Visiting new and existing holiday destinations as necessary
