We are on the lookout for a Global Escalations Contact Centre Team Supervisor to enhance our Customer Service division. In this pivotal role, you will oversee a team focused on addressing customer issues and refining our processes to guarantee a smooth experience for all parties involved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee team performance through the use of analytical insights
  • Remain updated on customer challenges and patterns to offer effective resolutions
  • Recruit and mentor team members, nurturing a culture of ongoing development
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to formulate and enhance customer service protocols
  • Manage customer escalations to ensure a favorable customer journey
  • Lead initiatives aimed at achieving and surpassing team objectives

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication abilities in English
