About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Customer Escalations Specialist to join our team at Utility Warehouse. As a key member of our Customer Service team, you will be responsible for resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a fair and efficient manner.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their concerns and provide solutions that meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively address customer inquiries.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer service skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a utility or service industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically in high-pressure situations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of Google Drive, Docs, and Sheets.
  • Energy knowledge is essential.
