Become a key player in Adobe's Global GTM Operations team

Adobe is seeking a committed professional to join our expanding Global GTM Operations team. In this pivotal role, you will provide essential support across all global regions and markets through analytics, strategic initiatives, and process development. Your contributions will be vital in shaping Global Business Planning processes, focusing on designing frameworks and models utilizing Anaplan.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Analyze current workflows to identify operational enhancements and document process diagrams
  • Engage with project stakeholders across various regions to ensure project completion
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently while effectively prioritizing tasks
  • Leverage data analytics tools such as Anaplan, PowerBI, and Excel to derive insights
  • Collaborate with regional Analysts to guarantee accurate metric application
  • Provide constructive feedback on new policies to improve alignment and standardization in sales operations
  • Develop scalable and repeatable models on the Anaplan platform for sustainable operational use
  • Work alongside Sales Operations teams to create operational frameworks for a connected GTM business strategy
  • Assist in enablement and change management for new operational initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Operations, Sales, or Finance
  • Exceptional analytical abilities with a talent for presenting complex data clearly
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of extracting insights from extensive data sets
  • Practical experience with Anaplan models for business planning
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong critical thinking skills
  • Ability to prioritize effectively, work autonomously, and manage multiple projects
  • Proactive mindset with the capability to thrive in a virtual team setting
