Senior Manager of Leadership Development – Luxury Sector

Salary: £90K + bonus

Contract Type: 12 month Fixed-Term

Are you a seasoned professional in Leadership and Talent Development with a commitment to crafting and executing impactful leadership initiatives? Do you excel in fast-paced, prestigious settings? If so, this opportunity is tailored for you.

We are collaborating with a renowned luxury sector brand that is looking for an immediately available expert to contribute to their team for a 12-month fixed-term engagement. In this position, you will partner closely with C-Suite executives and Board Directors to nurture a culture of high performance throughout the organization.

Core Responsibilities:

Leadership Initiative Design: Develop, implement, and manage leadership initiatives that enhance performance and align with the strategic objectives of the organization.

Executive Collaboration: Work alongside senior leaders to assess organizational requirements and customize development programs accordingly.

Culture of Excellence: Spearhead initiatives that promote a culture of excellence, engagement, and ongoing enhancement.

Team Leadership: Oversee and mentor a team dedicated to executing talent development programs, providing direction, coaching, and support.

Stakeholder Relationship Management: Leverage your natural presence and persuasive abilities to establish and maintain robust relationships with senior leadership.

Essential Qualifications:

Educational Background: Strong academic credentials in Neuroscience, Behavioral Science, or a related discipline.

Demonstrated Experience: Proven track record in leadership development within dynamic, complex organizations.

Focus on High Performance: Expertise in fostering high-performance cultures and driving organizational success.

Influential Communication: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the capacity to engage and influence senior leaders effectively.

Availability: Prepared to commence within the next four weeks.
