Driving Requirement: A valid UK driving license is mandatory for this position due to the nature of the role.


We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Support Care Specialist to deliver personalized 2:1 assistance to our client who resides with family members.


The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of complex care needs and demonstrate a commitment to providing compassionate, enthusiastic support. You will engage actively with our client, who is non-verbal and has a learning disability, Epilepsy, and Cerebral Palsy, which affects all four limbs and necessitates wheelchair use.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive personal care

  • Support all aspects of daily living
