About the Role

Gather & Gather is seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy that drives engagement and growth across our multiple brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Creation and Management
    • Develop and execute a content calendar that showcases our brand personality and fosters a community of engaged followers
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to build a cohesive brand strategy and ensure consistent messaging across all social media platforms
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure our content remains fresh and engaging
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including influencers, suppliers, and clients
    • Develop and execute a stakeholder engagement plan that drives brand awareness and loyalty
    • Monitor and respond to social media comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner
  • Analytics and Reporting
    • Track and analyze social media performance metrics to inform future content and engagement strategies
    • Develop and maintain regular reporting to stakeholders on social media performance and engagement
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in social media marketing or a related field
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
