We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team and help us grow our social media presence across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
As a Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Content Creation and Management
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive content strategy to engage our audience and drive brand awareness
- Creating high-quality, engaging content across multiple social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok
- Managing and scheduling content to ensure consistency and maximum impact
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Stakeholder Management
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including senior executives, subject matter experts, and site-based teams
- Providing exceptional customer service and responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner
- Identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to build relationships and drive engagement with our audience
- Analytics and Reporting
- Tracking and analyzing performance across multiple social media platforms to inform future content strategies
- Providing regular reporting and insights to stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in content creation and social media marketing
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with social media analytics tools and reporting software
