Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team. Your primary focus will be on creating engaging content that resonates with our target audience and drives brand awareness and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a social media content calendar that showcases our brand's personality and values

  • Post content on social media channels and engage with our audience through comments and direct messages

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media campaigns that drive brand awareness and sales

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in social media marketing for a beauty or haircare brand
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
  • Excellent communication and content creation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to travel and be flexible
