Position Title: Office Administrator
Employment Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Full Time - Monday to Friday - 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Compensation: £23,000 - £25,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Timely processing of international shipping and logistics documentation.
- Organizing documents for internal and external review.
- Accurate pricing and costing of work as necessary.
- Collaborating with couriers to ensure timely delivery of documentation to customers.
- Photocopying and scanning of necessary paperwork.
- Performing additional ad-hoc tasks as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Effective communication abilities.
- Proficient data handling skills; intermediate knowledge of Excel is a plus.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong commitment to work.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Prior experience in logistics, transportation, freight, or courier sectors is advantageous.
