Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team at SKILLFRAME as a Sales Administrator. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including sales order processing, purchase orders, and import/export documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process sales orders and purchase orders in a timely and accurate manner
  • Manage import and export documentation to ensure compliance with regulations
  • Coordinate with suppliers and carriers to ensure smooth delivery of goods
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to learn new tasks and absorb information quickly
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Professional telephone manner and excellent customer service skills

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Part-time hours considered, 5 hours per day, Monday to Friday. Salary will be pro rata.
