Event Coordinator
Historic Royal Palaces is seeking a skilled Event Coordinator to join our team at Hampton Court Palace. As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for guiding clients and suppliers through the event planning process, ensuring seamless execution of events. Your expertise in sales, organisational detail, and financial management will be invaluable in maximising the commercial potential of our palace venues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate event logistics, including venue setup, catering, and audio-visual equipment
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and suppliers
- Manage event budgets and financial reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful event execution
Requirements:
- Proven experience in event coordination or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organisational and time management skills
