Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team at SKILLFRAME as a Sales Administrator. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for sales order processing, purchase orders, and other administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process sales orders and purchase orders in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage inventory and stock levels, including booking in and out
- Coordinate with suppliers and carriers, including UPS
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements:
- Professional telephone manner and excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to learn new tasks and absorb information quickly
- Keen to learn and develop skills in sales and administration
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Part-time hours considered, 5 hours per day.
Salary:
Pro-rata salary based on hours worked.
