Job Opportunity: Contract Administrator/ Junior Paralegal

We are seeking a skilled Contract Administrator/ Junior Paralegal to support our IFS project in migrating sales contracts to a contract management system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, scan, and review customer contracts for bifurcation and storage.
  • Search databases, email correspondence, and physical archives to locate complete customer contracts.
  • Bifurcate contracts into pre-defined types and rename according to naming convention.
  • Save contracts for migration and prioritize based on urgency and importance.

Document Management and Reporting:

  • Scan located contracts and store them securely on SharePoint.
  • Maintain organized record-keeping on a shared spreadsheet.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on contract search progress and findings.

Liaison with Key Teams:

  • Collaborate with legal, sales, and business operations to identify missing contracts and validate completeness.
  • Facilitate meetings to address discrepancies or uncertainties regarding contract documentation.

Requirements:

  • Ability to understand contracts and contract experience.
  • Contract management experience or law background desirable but not essential.
  • Strong analytical mind and good interpretation skills.
  • Excellent degree of professional ethics and integrity.
  • Good organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills.
  • Confident communicator with ability to engage different teams.
