Role Overview: In this role, you will be integral to our cost consultancy services, collaborating with a diverse range of clients across various sectors. Your expertise will help us deliver exceptional value on all projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with commercial property investors, developers, and occupiers to manage a variety of projects, from refurbishment initiatives to new construction developments.
  • Utilize your comprehensive technical knowledge of construction and development processes to provide informed advice on project types.
  • Assist in managing the team to achieve operational targets and contribute to the growth of our business line.
  • Conduct pre-contract quantity surveying functions, including cost estimation, cash flow forecasting, and procurement advice.
  • Oversee tender processes, including analysis, reporting, and preparation of building contracts using standard forms.
  • Deliver post-contract quantity surveying services, such as interim valuations, financial reporting, and final account negotiations.

Qualifications:

  • A proven track record in meeting business operational and financial objectives.
  • In-depth understanding of standard contract forms and contract management processes.
  • Possession of a full UK driving license.
  • Familiarity with measurement software and online portals.
  • Experience in a consultancy environment, with the ability to act as Employer's Agent on design and build projects being advantageous.
