We are seeking a skilled Senior Building Consultant to become a vital part of a prominent Asset Management division.

This division excels in technical guidance, comprehensive assessments, building consultancy, and delivering strategic technical insights to a varied and engaging clientele.


Position Summary:
As a Senior Building Consultant, your responsibilities will span multiple sectors, including healthcare facilities, hospitality venues, educational institutions, and residential properties.

You will be integrated into a compact yet highly proficient team, where your focus will primarily be on project-related tasks, while also engaging in professional services as necessary.

Demonstrated experience in projects involving public infrastructure, hospitality, commercial spaces, heritage sites, and residential developments is essential.

Proficiency in services such as assessments, design and budgeting for remedial actions, procurement processes, contract guidance, contract management, quality assurance, completion certifications, and defect resolution.

Capability to offer technical guidance leading to construction activities, overseeing them contractually, commercially, and technically on-site.
Support PFI experts in overseeing operational public facilities and aid in the evaluation and formulation of Life Cycle Plans.
Experienced Building Consultant with robust Project and Contract Management expertise.
Preferably MRICS accredited or progressing towards chartered status, with the capacity to mentor others in their professional development.
Exceptional communication and report drafting abilities.
